Don't Trip over something behind you...

Have you ever wondered, why the rearview mirror is so small and the windshield so big? Where you're headed is much more important than what you've left behind. 

There's a difference between learning from past stumbling and failing to move on from them. We all have encountered obstacles in life but some of us keep dwelling in the past others see it as a challenge and learning process, that will make us stronger and more prepared for what the future has installed for us. 

As Portuguese we tend to say it's cultural, the "FADO", destiny, the heavy burden of heritage, the sorrows ... we're never fully pleased and grateful... Would that really correspond with reality?  It's easier to say I can't do it and keep ourselves in our comfort zone? Should we change our mindset and take actions of responsibility for our own life?
