The ability to completely enjoy and savor a moment. Although the expression is so well known as a cultural root by the Italians, a certain romanticism within the Italian expression, but something we all enjoy, even when we don't notice we're having one of those moments.
We always rush between home, work, family activities, household, small to larger projects, but whenever we stop even for a few minutes, to enjoy that hot cup of coffee, that warms our hands and stomach, from sipping wine at sunset, reading a book, just enjoy the sound of the wood burning on the fireplace, or even just enjoying silence...
Those moments, by ourselves or in the company of our loved ones, are always precious and a reminder that once in a while we need to stop, breathe and clear our minds so that we reorganize our thoughts and see a brighter future ahead of us.
No matter what, always find the time to enjoy your inner you, only this way you'll be at peace with everyone else and the world around you.
